• Custom campaign optimization

3. Qualification and Acceptance

QuasarBurst reserves the right to qualify and accept clients at our sole discretion. Not all businesses may be suitable for our platform. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Established business with proven revenue stream
• Minimum monthly budget requirements
• Ability to handle lead volume
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Business practices that align with our standards

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing Structure:

• Premium Channels: $60 per qualified lead
• Standard Channels: $50 per qualified lead
• Volume Channels: $40 per qualified lead

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Clients are only charged for qualified leads that meet agreed criteria
• Setup fees may apply for custom integrations
• Enterprise clients may negotiate custom payment terms

5. Lead Quality and Qualification

QuasarBurst defines qualified leads as prospects that meet the specific criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process. Lead qualification includes:

• Demographic and geographic targeting accuracy
• Verified contact information
• Demonstrated interest in relevant products/services
• Compliance with data protection regulations
• Proper consent for marketing communications

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and target customers
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Provide feedback on lead quality for optimization purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain adequate resources to handle lead volume
• Honor the minimum campaign duration commitment

7. Data Protection and Privacy

QuasarBurst is committed to protecting personal data and privacy. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Our data practices include:

• Secure data transmission and storage
• Proper consent mechanisms for lead generation
• Data retention policies and procedures
• Right to data access, correction, and deletion
• Regular security audits and updates

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and materials provided by QuasarBurst remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services during the term of their agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuasarBurst's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or claims
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Client's failure to follow best practices

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. QuasarBurst reserves the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of invoices
• Illegal or unethical business practices
• Failure to meet qualification criteria

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wood River, Nebraska.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

QuasarBurst reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
